Certificates: Once a certificate has been issued upon course completion, it is non-refundable.Bundled Courses: If you purchased a bundle or package of courses at a discounted price, refunds will be processed based on the proportional value of the courses you have accessed or completed.

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or completing the course, please contact our support team immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and provide alternative access if necessary. In such cases, a refund may not be required.

Changes to Courses
